Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in environmental, commercial and residential construction providing construction management and contracting services to clients. He has played a key role in the successful management of safety, scope, execution, schedule, and budget on multiple large-scale field implementation, construction and environmental projects throughout North America. He has managed industrial demolition, plant decommissioning, remediation digs, site investigation, in-situ chemical oxidation, and hazardous waste identification. Jeremy has experience with redevelopment projects that included demolition and remediation and government projects with select security clearance, and assisted in the successful disposal of soil contaminants including, solvent waste, petroleum hydrocarbons, halogenated organics, PCBs, metals, pesticides, and asbestos related waste.
As Construction Project Manager, Jeremy is responsible for project coordination, scheduling, cost estimation and controls, subcontractor management, quality control and assurance, field implementation of value engineering, production analysis, project documentation and reporting, project/task management, support for design/construction, owner’s representation services, and health and safety compliance in accordance with OSHA.
Jeremy earned an MBA from Baker College with a major in Leadership Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science from Michigan State University in East Lansing.
