Dale has more than 25 years of experience in public and private sector environmental engineering, engineering design services, remediation, construction design, and project management. His experience ranges from site investigations to advanced remediation systems, working in the roles of owner’s representative, consultant and contractor. Dale has been involved in the cleanup of contaminated soil and groundwater ranging from asbestos and lead, to the full range of petroleum products, chlorinated solvents and radioactive waste. He has experience with numerous remediation technologies: soil vapor extraction, multi-phase extraction, air sparging, pneumatic fracturing, air stripping, chemical oxidation (ISCO) and in situ/ex situ biotechnologies.
As National Construction Services Manager, Dale is responsible for managing our clients’ construction projects, from initial project inception through completion. Dale has a unique understanding of the engineering principles of the project and has the ability to implement any design through utilization, sound leadership and construction.
Dale earned a Master of Science in Engineering from California Polytechnic University at Pomona, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
