Forrest is a civil engineer and construction manager for environmental remediation and renewable energy construction. His strong organizational and project management background enhance his expertise in project estimating, proposal development, project execution, and corporate and project management. He has managed self-perform remediation and renewable energy construction units, developed and implemented a renewable energy construction quality control program, and served as project manager for large capital projects. He also has performed project controls for many renewable, civil and environmental projects, including cost control, scheduling, procurement, quality control and quality assurance.
As Operations Manager for HCS, Forrest coordinates, directs and monitors construction projects from proposal to completion. He is responsible for contract development, estimating, budget and schedule, auditing of site performance for quality and complete compliance of health and safety regulations, and ensures the client’s needs have been met at project close-out. He assists in recruiting and maintaining a quality work force and complete project staffing.
Forrest is earning an MBA from Western Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
